Data we collect

• Booking data: name, email, telephone, trip dates and locations.
• Self-drive verification: date of birth, driving licence (front/back), identity document, licence number, licence country and residence details.
• Payment: handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Why we use it

To process and fulfil your booking, verify eligibility for self-drive rentals as required by law and our insurance, and to contact you about your reservation.

Storage & retention

Identity and licence documents are stored encrypted and are accessible only to authorised staff over a protected, logged channel. Licence numbers are encrypted at rest. Verification documents are automatically deleted 90 days after the rental ends; the booking record is retained for legal and accounting purposes.
